  Yes, we do it right so that repeats are not necessary. We take pride in this, and doing the job well. I  so often see new roofs, that have been patched and sealed, sometimes as little as a week after install and I want to cry!  We use SABS and better materials to the best of their design aspects. We tend not to use         inferior products and methods that tend to last up to 5 years and sometimes only days or weeks. We like  to employ materials and methods that last 10 years to a LIFETIME. We know that this will make you a Happy Customer.  Unfortunately for us, our customers are usually not  Quickly - Repeat Customers !
