So, if a problem might be fixed doing one thing, we may do that, but if there are two more additional things that could be done to make sure, we will usually opt for the "making Sure''. We think this is what put us ahead of the pack . As most people out there only care about cheapest price, we unfortunately are not their preferred option. As a New Mercedes or BMW are definitely not your Cheapest options - we too will not be theirs.
